Rent-to-Own Property Management Responsibilities
During the lease terms (ONLY), the Investor is responsible for the maintenance of the following:
Indoor Property Management Responsibilities
- Major electrical systems
- Heating, cooling, and hot water systems
- Refrigerators, stoves/ovens, and dishwashers
- Persistent water intrusion
Outdoor Property Management Responsibilities
- Roof and exterior wall maintenance
- Foundation and structural repair
- Plumbing and septic systems
- Defective locks/latches
- Weekly swimming pool chemical balancing and basic cleaning
