Are pets allowed in rent to own properties?
Last modified December 4, 2021Yes, up to 3 cats or dogs weighing less than 180 in total combined weight. Please understand that service and assistance animals are excluded from our pet policy requirements, supporting documentation is required to qualify. If the dog breed in an HOA subdivision is prohibited, then you wouldn’t be able to bring that dog. Livestock/farm animal pets such as pigs, horses, chickens, and goats, aquariums over 20 gallons, and exotic, venomous, and verminous pets, are not allowed.
