Definition of Option to Buy
Last modified December 11, 2021An agreement to keep open, for a set period, an offer to sell or lease a property. An example an Option can used to give the Buyer or Tenant time to resolve financing, credit issues, title issues, zoning or feasibility to purchase the property before committing the Buyer to purchase the property.
