How do you know what the future rent or the future purchase price of the house will be?
Last modified December 4, 2021You are told what each years rent, and purchase price for the next 5 years will be before the Investor purchases the property. You aren’t required to rent the property for 5 years, but if you didn’t exercise the Option to Buy until year 5, you would know what both the rent and purchase price will be for each of those 5 years.
